1. ABOUT US AND OUR TERMS

Welcome to Alabaster Armoury. We create Christian art and devotional resources to help girls and young women root their identity in Christ. Alabaster Armoury is run by Hannah Coekin and Aoife Harmer, trading as Alabaster Armoury, of 1 Strangers Lane, Canterbury, CT1 3XJ. You can contact us at info@alabasterarmoury.com.

These terms apply when you use our website and when you buy anything from our shop. Our Devotion Club subscription has its own additional terms, which you accept when you subscribe; where the two differ in relation to the Club, the Devotion Club terms apply. Nothing in either document affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

2. ORDERING FROM US

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming we have received it; this is when our contract with you is made. Very occasionally we may be unable to fulfil an order — for example, if an item is out of stock or has been mis-priced. If that happens, we will contact you promptly and refund anything you have paid. If an obvious pricing error is displayed on the website, we are not obliged to sell at that price.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are shown in pounds sterling. Delivery costs are shown at checkout, where applicable, or are part of the product price before you pay. Payment is taken securely at checkout by our payment providers (Wix Payments / PayPal / Apple Pay); we never see or store your full card details.

4. DELIVERY

We deliver to UK addresses by Royal Mail. Orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days of being placed, and we aim for delivery within 3 working days of dispatch. Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout — we cannot refund or replace orders sent to an address that was entered incorrectly. If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of our dispatch confirmation, or arrives damaged, email us and we will send a replacement or refund you.

5. CHANGING YOUR MIND — RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We hope you love what you order, but if you change your mind you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. To do so, email us at info@alabasterarmoury.com within those 14 days, then return the item to us within 14 days of telling us, unused and in its original condition. We will refund the item price and our standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the return. Return postage is paid by you, and we recommend obtaining proof of posting.

Some items are excluded from change-of-mind returns:

Personalised or custom items made to your specification.
Digital downloads (such as our session plans), once you have started downloading them — you consent to this at checkout.

This does not affect your rights if something is faulty — see below.

6. FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If anything arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, we will put it right. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you are entitled to a full refund if you tell us within 30 days, and to a replacement or refund after that. Email us at info@alabasterarmoury.com with a photo of the problem and we will sort it quickly — you will never pay return postage for a faulty item.

7. DIGITAL CONTENT

If you purchase digital resources such as session plans, they are delivered by download link. You may download and print them for use with your own group or family. Because digital content cannot be returned, your 14-day cancellation right ends once you begin downloading, as you agree at checkout. If digital content is faulty, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

8. USING OUR DESIGNS — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Everything on this website — our artwork, devotions, session plans, product designs, photography and text — is the copyright of Alabaster Armoury. Purchases are for personal, non-commercial use: you may not copy, reproduce, resell or distribute our designs or content. Session plans may be printed and used freely within your own church or youth group but may not be shared beyond it or sold. If you would like to use our work in another way — for example in a church publication — just ask; we are delighted to help.

9. THE DEVOTION CLUB

Our monthly Devotion Club subscription is governed by its own Terms & Conditions, which you accept when subscribing. The privacy practices for all our services are described in our Privacy Policy.

10. USING THIS WEBSITE

We work hard to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but we cannot promise it is always free of minor errors. Product images are as true to life as we can make them; colours may vary slightly depending on your screen and, for printed items, the print process. We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the website at any time.

11. OUR RESPONSIBILTY TO YOU

If we breach these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of that breach. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses, as our products are supplied for private use. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for anything it would be unlawful to exclude, including death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.

12. COMPLAINTS AND GENERAL

If something goes wrong, please email us at info@alabasterarmoury.com and we will do our best to put it right quickly and fairly. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales.
