Sizing tip: if you're not a fan of the over-sized fit, we recommend picking a size down from your usual. Model with straight hair wears size Extra Small and model with curly hair wears size Medium.

Returns & refunds
We hope you'll love this product as much as we do but, in the case you're not 100% happy, you have 30 days to return your order.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase.

If your refund request is accepted, full or partial payment will be made to the original payment card. Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund cannot be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate and rectify the issue.
All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days - once processed, orders will be sent out via Royal Mail Tracked delivery. Orders received after 5pm won't be seen until the next business day.
Orders may take longer during busier seasons for both the business and Postal Services due to variables outside of our control.
