In this handbook you will be guided through our best tips and tricks for starting your own Girls Group. These principles are adaptable and can be used for other groups with varying ages and mixed genders. We have written this with teenage girls aged Year 9+ in mind, but we encourage you to use these tips in a way that works best for your group. 
 
The purpose of this handbook is to empower volunteers who are full of enthusiasm but are short on experience or training when it comes to leading and facilitating a Bible discussion group. We are aware that so many youth leaders operating in UK churches, though very willing and servant-hearted, have not had the opportunity to receive specific youth work training. No problem! God can use you no matter what your level of experience or training! The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few! (Matthew 9:37).
