Returns & refunds

We hope you'll love this product as much as we do but, in the case you're not 100% happy, you have 30 days to return your order.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase.

To start a refund, you can contact us at info@alabasterarmoury.com. Please note that evidence of fault will also need to be sent to the following address info@alabasterarmoury.com.

If your refund request is accepted, full or partial payment will be made to the original payment card. Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund cannot be accepted.

Damages & issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate and rectify the issue.

All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days - once processed, orders will be sent out via Royal Mail Tracked delivery. Orders received after 5pm won't be seen until the next business day.

Orders may take longer during busier seasons for both the business and Postal Services due to variables outside of our control. We currently are only shipping to the United Kingdom - if you are looking to buy our products and ship outside of the UK, please get in touch with us via email!
