DEVOTION CLUB TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. ABOUT THE DEVOTION CLUB
The Devotion Club is a monthly subscription from Alabaster Armoury. Each month, subscribers receive a pack containing four new devotions, one exclusive A5 art print, and one exclusive mini print. The A5 print and mini print are exclusive to the Devotion Club and are not available to purchase elsewhere.
2. PRICE AND PAYMENT
The standard price of the Devotion Club is £8.00 per month, which includes the cost of Royal Mail second-class postage each month. Payment is taken monthly on the 16th of each month by the payment method you provide when subscribing. Founding members who joined via email newsletter by 15 August 2026 or in person at Big Church Festival 2026 pay £6.50 per month for as long as their subscription remains continuously active. If we ever need to change the standard price of £8.00 per month, we will give existing subscribers at least 30 days' written notice, and you may cancel before the new price takes effect. Founding members are exempt from any future price increases.
3. MONTHLY CUT-OFF AND DELIVERY
To receive the upcoming month's pack, you must subscribe by 23:59 on the 15th of the current month. Subscriptions started after the 15th begin with the following month's pack (except for those subscriptions made in person at Big Church Festival 2026, who will receive September 2026’s pack in person). Packs are dispatched between the 22nd and 24th of each month by Royal Mail second-class post to the UK address you provide, with the aim of arriving before the 1st of the month. Delivery times are in Royal Mail's hands and occasionally packs arrive a few days into the month; thank you for your patience. Please keep your address up to date — we cannot refund or replace packs sent to an out-of-date address.
4. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKS
If your pack has not arrived within 10 working days of the dispatch date, or arrives damaged, email us at info@alabasterarmoury.com and we will send a replacement free of charge. Where a replacement of that month's exclusive prints is no longer possible, we will offer a substitute of equivalent value or refund that month's payment.
5. CANCELLING
You may cancel at any time via your account page or by emailing us at info@alabasterarmoury.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid month; you will receive any pack already paid for, and no further payments will be taken. In addition, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of first subscribing and receive a full refund; if a pack has already been dispatched to you in that period, we may deduct its value from the refund.
6. FAILED PAYMENTS
If a monthly payment fails, we will notify you and retry. If payment is not received by 23:59 on the 15th of the month, that month's pack will not be sent and your subscription may be paused until payment resumes.
7. AGE
Subscribers must be 18 or over. If the Devotion Club is for someone under 18, the subscription must be taken out and managed by a parent or guardian.
8. YOUR DETAILS
We use your personal details only to run your subscription (processing payment and posting your packs) and, if you opt in, to send you our newsletter. We never sell your details. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
9. OUR CONTENT
All prints, devotions and designs remain the copyright of Alabaster Armoury and are for personal use only; they may not be reproduced or resold.
10. GENERAL
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
